Organizacija SEE ICT (Startit) uz podršku USAID-a i drugih partnera, organizuje 48-časovni hakaton na temu generativnog AI-a, od 15. do 17. novembra u Startit Centru Beograd.
Pozivamo sve AI stručnjake da nam se pridruže u ulozi mentora i pomognu timovima da sa hakatona izađu sa što kvalitetnijim i inovativnijim rešenjima. U praksi bi ovo podrazumevalo 2 sata mentorskog rada uživo, ili više ako bi vas takmičenje i učesnici inspirisali, u Beogradu tokom jednog dana hakatona koji sami odaberete.
Koga tražimo:
- Profesionalce sa iskustvom u AI, mašinskom učenju i srodnim oblastima
- Inženjere, dizajnere, product menadžere i druge specijaliste koji su radili sa AI proizvodima
- Ljude koji su voljni da pruže podršku prenošenjem znanja novim generacijama
- Koji žele da se povežu sa drugim ljudima koji su uzbuđeni oko pravljenja rešenja sa AI-jem, mentora i učesnika
- Koji su u Beogradu i mogu da odvoje 2 ili više sata tokom vikenda 15-16-17. novembra za rad sa takmičarima
Vaš zadatak će biti da:
- Pružate tehničke smernice timovima i podršku u rešavanju problema
- Nudite uvide o smeru projekata i potencijalnim primenama
- Pomažete timovima da usavrše svoje ideje i veštine prezentacije
- Delite svoje iskustvo iz industrije
Kako biramo mentore?
Pri odabiru ćemo imati na umu sledeće kriterijume (od najvažnijeg ka manje važnim):
- Konkretno iskustvo u radu na AI proizvodima
- Godine i relevantnost iskustva u oblasti u kojoj se specijalizujete (razvoj, dizajn, proizvod, i sl.)
- Iskustvo u prenošenju znanja
Prijave za mentore će biti otvorene do 6. novembra, a sve prijavljene ćemo obavestiti o ishodu procesa selekcije najkasnije do 8. novembra (7 dana pre početka hakatona).

Call for AI Experts: Guide the New Generation by Mentoring at the GenHack Hackathon
SEE ICT (Startit), with the support of USAID and other partners, is organizing a 48-hour hackathon on the topic of generative AI, from November 15 to 17 at the Startit Center Belgrade.
We invite all AI experts to join us as mentors and help teams leave the hackathon with the highest quality and most innovative solutions. In practice, this would involve 2 hours of in-person mentoring, or more if the competition and participants inspire you, in Belgrade during one day of the hackathon of your choice.
Who we’re looking for:
- Professionals with experience in AI, machine learning, and related fields
- Engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists who have worked with AI products
- People willing to support by transferring knowledge to new generations
- Those who want to connect with others excited about creating AI solutions, both mentors and participants
- Who are in Belgrade and can spare 2 or more hours during the weekend of November 15-16-17 to work with competitors
Your task will be to:
- Provide technical guidance to teams and support in problem-solving
- Offer insights on project direction and potential applications
- Help teams refine their ideas and presentation skills
- Share your industry experience
How we choose mentors:
When selecting, we will keep in mind the following criteria (from most important to less important):
- Concrete experience in working on AI products
- Years and relevance of experience in your area of specialization (development, design, product, etc.)
- Experience in knowledge transfer
Applications for mentors will be open until November 6, and we will notify all applicants about the outcome of the selection process by November 8 at the latest (7 days before the start of the hackathon).
