As a Salesforce developer, your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, communication, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.
Skills set you should possess:
- Apex development
- Visualforce page development
- Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
- Experience with Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins
- Experience with SaaS-platform development and object-oriented programming (preferably Java)
- Familiar with governance models for workflow, such as ISO or SOX will be plus
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ansible, Linux and/or Ant
- Lightning component development, Lightning design development
- Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point

- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
- Write and consume API:s, (mostly REST)
- Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage
