Job Description:

• Develop performance reporting framework for the Care Revenue generating activities
• Regular sales performance tracking, reporting and forecasting
• Analyze data on weekly and monthly level to identify key trends
• Transform raw data into useful and actionable insights to help with business decisions and delivery
• Agent & team level reporting and insights creation
• Optimize conversion and retention rates
• Help with preparation and execution of A/B tests
• Work with other data experts to ensure data quality is good, as well as enhancements to the data
• Ad-hoc analyses
• Create visuals and charts that help tell the story
