WHAT YOU’LL DO

• General labor administration, including hiring and termination, preparing documents for and managing the monthly payroll
• Controlling of payroll activity
• Creating labor contracts and modifications
• Preparing reports, analysis and statistics about the headcount and the compensation system
• Daily support for the Finance Department and for the employees
• Keep contact with the payroll outsourcing company, with the internal Finance Department, and with the company’s lawyer
• Handling of personal folders, labor data maintenance in the registering system
• Maintenance and corrections of timesheet registering system
• Cross-check of holidays, managing sick-leave payments
• Support and active participation in creating internal labor regulations
• Other ad-hoc tasks from the management

WHAT YOU HAVE

• At least 1-2 years relevant general practice in the field of HR Operations/Administration
• Understanding and correct use of administrative and other Human Resource responsibilities in everyday work
• At least intermediate usage of computer user skills and advanced user knowledge of the office software’s
• Personality:
  • Fluent English and Serbian knowledge
  • Ability to work in team and individually also. Strong interpersonal skills
  • Skills to communicate clearly and concisely. Skill to plan work in order to meet the estimated deadlines
• Expected qualifications, degrees:
  • Specialized B.sc. or M.sc and equivalent experience
