Do you consider yourself as a self-motivated OSS Operations&Support Engineer willing to join our Managed Services Division and work on our client’s CRM application? Are you challenge about working with a team of experts in fast paced and rapidly changing work environment?
If you possess:
- Advanced knowledge of Telco OSS platform architecture, components and concepts
- Linux knowledge
- Experience in using tools and utilities like SQL developer, Putty, Eclipse
- Knowledge about Oracle database for administration
- JEE knowledge: basic concepts and administration knowledge, Oracle Weblogic and Jboss administration knowledge, JMS concepts and administration
- Knowlege in DevOps processes and tools: bamboo, ELK, Docker, Jenkins and Git.
Day to day challenges:
- Maintenance of OSS system software including Linux & APP
- Provide application-level support for the OSS and surrounding Provisioning applications, proprietary or from third party vendors
- OSS system trouble shooting and E2E management
- 2nd and 3rd level technical support for OSS operation technical problems
- Monitor and analyze core OSS/ platform
- Support the internal development teams for release preparation, test and development machine allocation and maintenance
