If you possess:
- Work as helpdesk and support specialist
- Work with Windows, Linux and iOS operating systems, support and maintenance
- Work with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 environment, Exchange
- Work with Internet network concepts, protocols, and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS)
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Monitoring tools handling
- English proficiency

- Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines, multitasking, and work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment, independently assess risk, and make critical decisions
Your role in the team will be:
- Support for employees on daily activities
- Prepare equipment for new employees, laptops, desktops, mobile phones
- Create and handle domain and email accounts, access for network locations, network printers, telephony, conferencing equipment and applications
- Monitoring system support and troubleshoot problems
- Analyzing root causes of Level1 and Level2 malfunctions and provide resolutions
- Resolving Level1 and Level2 problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements
- Driving incident resolution and process improvements to minimize impact to the production environment and business
- To develop a support plan to prioritize and resolve issues
- To work closely with business partners, vendors, and technical groups to provide support and escalations for technical incidents.
- To develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures
