Location: Belgrade, Serbia. This opportunity is based in our office which is located in Republic Square
The Experience Manager will be responsible for the delivery of customer service experience throughout the site. The Experience Manager will work in line with our Workplace Manager to create a seamless service towards all employees and guests visiting our office, they will ensure that all employees are assisted in a calm, confident, positive and proactive manner at all times.
The Experience Manager should be comfortable in using a multitude of customer service skills to meet the wide and varied requirements of the role and will act as ambassadors to the client brand at all times.
What you’ll get to do…
- Part of the Global Real Estate and Workplace Services (GREWS) team, reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager
- Deliver an exceptional employee experience daily to all employees and guests visiting GoDaddy Belgrade office through maintaining the office facilities, but also providing the corresponding services: customer service, employee experience, temperature (HVAC), food & beverage, snacks, reception services, shipping & receiving, workstations & furniture functionality, aesthetics, and other services aligned with the company strategy
- Support real estate matters and relevant data gathering
- Smooth and streamlined working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to always ensure service excellence
- Work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, focussing on continues improvements of workplace and facilities experience
- Proactively drive day-to-day operational workplace excellence
- Maintain personal awareness of all site and team procedures, embracing and implementing new procedures in the real estate and workplace services domain
- Promote a health and safety culture to mitigate workplace risks to all visitors
- Provide frequent reporting of key factors and metrics presenting results, but also pointing out on factors that will impact/mitigate errors and failure (flagging to the GREWS team)
- Excellent multi-tasking skills being able to manage multiple situations in a calm and professional manner
- Safely managing and growing any direct reports
- Work with Guest Services to provide on the day management and oversee the running of local, site-based events
- Effective management of any applicable facilities budgets
Your experience should include…
- 2+ years in a similar role as Experience Manager (delivering great workplace experience for employees)
- Great interpersonal communication skills with employees, upper management, vendors, and guests through email, phone, text, and in-person.
- Experience with setting up and improving processes that facilitate everyday operations—from maintenance requests to room reservations.
- Strong change management experience and the ability to be proactive in a fast growth environment
- Experience in project management – have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with different global teams
- Strong analytical skills driving the decision-making in the modern office (experience and confident in reporting and using platforms such as ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint or other similar platforms)
- Experience and confident in using MS Office
