Participants
Women in their final year of studies or working in the field for less than 2 years.
Mentors
Women with 3+ years of work experience in the field of technology, who are willing to mentor during six one hour long sessions in the summer, upon completion of the program.
Participants will be selected and informed about the outcome on May 10, 2022.

Participants will attend six workshops (opening and closing workshops will be joint and for the other workshops participants will be able to choose 3 sessions out of 9 according to their preferences) and events during the program, including opening and closing events. They will also have six one on one sessions with their mentor after the completion of the program, during summer months.
Workshops will be held on weekends and participants are expected to dedicate 5 hours to attend the program.
Mentors are expected to attend a 30 minutes long online preparation meeting with program coordinators.
They will also have a pairing meeting with all selected participants in the form of speed dating, during which will be chosen the best mentor-mentee pairing.
After the best pairings are selected mentors will have six one hour sessions with the mentees during summer months.

The entire program is organized online, through the Zoom platform.
All selected participants will get an access link for the workshops.
