Job Description<\/h2>\n

The job and technologies:<\/u><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Developing new user-facing features using React and\u00a0NodeJS<\/li>\n
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries<\/li>\n
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code<\/li>\n
  • Optimization of components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers<\/li>\n
  • Design front-end architectures for component library integration with multiple platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/u><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience<\/li>\n
    • Experience with React, Redux<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle<\/li>\n
    • Experience with Lean \/ Agile development methodologies<\/li>\n
    • Optimisations on a current component library (APIs, component Library, ...)<\/li>\n
    • Implementation and development around motion, a11y, design tokens, theming and more<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on when needed on bug fixes, backlog, support tickets<\/li>\n
    • With a good sense of User Experience and Design as a whole<\/li>\n
    • With the ability to establish a good comms flow between stakeholders, designers and devs in the team and our consumers.<\/li>\n
    • Overall Frontend Architecture Evolution and Scalability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred <\/u>Qualifications<\/u><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model<\/li>\n
      • Thorough understanding of React and its core principles<\/li>\n
      • Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with newer specifications of\u00a0EcmaScript<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with RESTful APIs<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools<\/li>\n
      • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements<\/li>\n
      • Always with a mindset for benchmarking and optimisation<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with code versioning tools (GIT based)<\/li>\n
      • Experience\u00a0with\u00a0Design\u00a0Systems implementation most valued<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
