You&#8217;ll own our global events program end to end, from strategy through execution, managing dozens of moving pieces while ensuring every attendee, speaker, partner, and teammate has an outstanding experience.<\/p>\n<p>This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves creating order from complexity, solving problems before they happen, and delivering world-class experiences across multiple countries and time zones.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re remote-first, but not everything for this role can happen over Slack. Most of your work can be done from anywhere, but occasionally you&#8217;ll need to be on the ground coordinating vendors, supporting event execution, or working alongside teammates during in-person events. That&#8217;s why we&#8217;re looking for someone based in or near our office locations: Belgrade, Novi Sad, or Zagreb.<\/p>\n<h2>Core responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Solflare&#8217;s global events, delivering conferences, hackathons, meetups, partner activations, and internal events from initial planning through post-event analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Use project management tools to coordinate multiple stakeholders in order to keep every event on schedule, aligned, and executed to the highest standard.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with executives, Brand &amp; Creative, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-impact brand experiences worldwide.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate speaker logistics, presentation deadlines, AV requirements, and conference organizers to ensure every Solflare presentation runs seamlessly.<\/li>\n<li>Manage global travel, accommodation, transportation, visas, and itineraries for internal teams attending events across multiple regions.<\/li>\n<li>Build detailed event timelines, proactively identify risks, and keep projects moving by managing dependencies across internal and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with venues, suppliers, production companies, and logistics providers to maximize quality while maintaining strong commercial outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the production, sourcing, and worldwide distribution of branded merchandise in partnership with our Brand &amp; Creative team.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate international shipping and customs requirements to ensure event materials arrive on time and without disruption.<\/li>\n<li>Manage event budgets, monitor spend, process invoices, and provide accurate financial reporting after every event.<\/li>\n<li>Lead on-site event operations, solving problems quickly and ensuring exceptional experiences for attendees, partners, speakers, and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Measure event success using predefined KPIs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the way Solflare delivers events at scale.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal company events, including offsites, team gatherings, and culture-building initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience managing end-to-end events in technology, startups, SaaS, gaming, or Web3.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record delivering complex international events involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and logistics partners.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing event budgets, negotiating supplier contracts, and delivering cost-effective outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience coordinating executive travel, accommodation, logistics, and international event operations.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence working directly with senior executives, partners, conference organizers, and external agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.<\/li>\n<li>A calm, solutions-focused mindset that allows you to thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience sourcing merchandise, coordinating production, and managing global shipping logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with a passion for building scalable processes and playbooks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nice to Have:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience organizing developer hackathons or technical community events.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting product launches or ecosystem partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event production.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or the Solana ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Personality traits we value:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem-solvers: You see roadblocks as opportunities and don\u2019t wait around for someone else to fix things.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starters: You take initiative, follow through, and deliver with pride, no excuses, no shortcuts.<\/li>\n<li>Team players: You thrive in a \u201cwe, not me\u201d culture, lifting others up while sharing the load.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable minds: You embrace change, question how things are done, and constantly look for better ways.<\/li>\n<li>Ownership mindset: You own your work end-to-end, communicate openly, and learn from every challenge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why Solflare?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Make an impact: Your work will directly shape how people interact with and understand crypto wallets, empowering users around the globe.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the best: Collaborate with a talented, driven team across design, engineering, and product to build innovative, user-first experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility: Remote or office &#8211; up to you.
