RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application;
- Fixing defects in ServiceNow modules;
- Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs;
- Administration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modules;
- Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation;
- Implementing corrective actions;
- Reporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor;
- Providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimise the work processes
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- ServiceNow Development experience
- ServiceNow administration experience
- Experience in using Java, Javascript, HTMl and CSS or other functional programming languages
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
- Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS
- Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems
- Familiar with ITIL methodology and procedures
- Able to follow, update, and create documentation
- General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
