RESPONSIBILITIES
- Part of a dedicated team providing project delivery services of on premise and Cloud solutions built on virtual and Physical infrastructures
- Design, implement and test projects based on clients functional and business requirements (including travel to other countries)
- Involvement in architecture and project definition working with software and infrastructure architects to define requirements
- Research and development of new technologies based on client project pipelines
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Provide support services during project go-live, performance tuning, and transition to support operations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with the current Windows operating systems (Server and Workstation)
- Good working experience with Active Directory and Group policies (AAD beneficial)
- Exposure to Linux OS (Install and initial setup) especially with CentOS but any possibilities will be considered
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Exchange, MS Teams/Skype, SCCM, SCOM, Certificate services)
- Understanding of PowerShell and ability at least write simple scripts (should be able to provide examples)
- Azure\AWS\GCP (Experiance with at least one, more preferable)
- Private clouds virtualizations (any variations will be considered)
- Backup technologies (Azure Recovery Vault/DPM/Commvault/others)
- Basic networking understanding: routing, DNS, FW and LB
- Good awareness of MS Office 365 suite
- Commercial client working experience
- Awareness of IT Security
- Previous background in IT support
- Good troubleshoot skills
- Change process awareness
- Good written and spoken English
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Preferred additional skills:
- Automation – Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Scripting – Python, PowerShell, JavaScript
- DevOps tools
- Understanding CI/CD pipeline
- Databases (MS SQL especially)
- Experience in Cloud migrations (P2V, V2V, etc)
- Experience in large users migration (Identities and data)
- ITIL Awareness
