Sales Manager
– Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
– Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch products, services, and combination packages to clients
– Attends initial sales meetings and meets clients
– Determines a client’s business requirements and whether the products/services being considered are suitable
– Answers any non-technical and major technical questions the client might have, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
– Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
– Creates and sends official proposals and contracts to potential clients
– Creates and executes a plan to meet the sales goals
– Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
– Creates and conducts customer satisfaction surveys and suggests improvements
– Contacts customers in case of overdue payments
– Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
– Gains familiarity with the IT industry and stays updated on trends and innovative products
– Suggests marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
– Attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products, services, and sales
– Familiarity with the IT industry is a MUST
– 2+ years of experience as a Salesperson
– High proficiency in spoken and written English
