Sales and Customer Development Associate

As a Sales and Customer Development Associate at TechBear, you will be involved with the sales process from customer acquisition, all the way through to follow up after their account has been established. You will establish long term relationships with existing clients and ensure they know our various services and that their needs are being met.

Job requirements

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • At least one year of experience at a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media Networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram…).
  • Updating and maintaining Sales database including data coordination and research.
  • Experience in communicating with US companies by phone.
  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, and an eagerness to learn


  • Connecting with prospects to build a qualified pipeline for our team.
  • Act as a key point of contact with clients during pre-sales process, scoping, and solution design.
  • Maintaning Sales database and implementing campaigns to keep prospects informed.
  • Developing brand awareness and online reputation of our company on a daily basis.
  • Communicating with Sales, Project Management and Dev Team.
