Responsibilities:

The QA analyst is responsible for controlling standards in the software developing process. He carefully plans product specifications and features, and he ensures that applications are tested to ensure no bugs or technical glitches. Among his main responsibilities, the QA analyst manages the software performance and stress-test code to improve reliability. He keeps logs of every trial instance for future team reference. He reviews company objective goals and review parameters to reach them in a timely manner. The QA also manages code problems in a bug-tracking system for increased productivity. Additionally, The QA analysts execute software packages in different system environments to test for functionality problems before release.

  • Document, track, and resolve software bugs or defects with help from the programming team;
  • Design benchmarks, test cases, and testing framework;
  • Develop manual and program automated test software using diverse tools and source documentation;
  • Possibility to work with newest technologies in development
  • Participate in product design reviews and modify requirements;
  • Posting test reports and other findings using the team’s agile development tracking tools;

Requirements:

  • Technical background and test automation experience is a plus (C#, ASP.NET, SQL, SpecFlow);
  • Familiarity of Agile/Scrum sprints and releases;
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise ;
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
