About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring proper planning and overseeing the timely execution of our emails as well as DevOps activities within our project management tool (Asana).

New ideas are both welcome and expected. It is necessary that the Project Manager has a keen eye for finding ways to optimize how we work and is able to organize Root Cause Analysis to find and solve issues on a deep level, thus ensuring we avoid backlogs in each stage of our processes. 

Because we are a 100% remote company, effective project management is one of the most critical elements of our success. This role provides an opportunity to make a real impact on clients and contributors alike.

What you’ll be working on:

• Reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly Operations plan
• Monitoring task execution for the Operations team
• Reviewing and organizing the client-facing projects according to the relevant Manual
• Weekly RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on late, failed, and delayed tasks
• Organizing process improvement reviews as a follow-up after RCA 
• Helping with improving  and automatization of our processes and operative procedures 
• Coordinating tasks for all teams, ensuring the timely completion of projects
• Supporting Team Leaders in the creation of different work documentation, such as procedures and instruction documents, which help us with planning and executing 
• Supporting Team Leaders on creating clear plans with realistic deadlines on a weekly and monthly level and providing coaching
• Owning the flawless organization of our project management system (Asana)

Must-haves and nice-to-haves:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken) 
• Minimum one year of previous experience in a Project Management, Planner, or Coordinator role
• Knowing the ins and outs of Asana is a big plus
• Previous experience in advertising, digital marketing, eCommerce, or email marketing would be considered an advantage
• Previous experience with making decisions and providing proposals  based on data 
• Basic knowledge of Integromat would be a plus

• Is tech-savvy – you are interested in continuously learning and staying up to date with the latest software and other technologies
• Has good communication skills and is able to communicate clearly about goals, responsibilities, performance, and expectations
• Has an innovative mindset regarding the optimization of processes
• Is responsible and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once 
• Is experienced with setting realistic deadlines and persistent in seeing them through
