What You’ll Do

• Work on the user-oriented product throughout the whole product lifecycle (research, feature flows, prototypes, low and high-fidelity visuals)
• Think holistically about complex systems
• Focus on design through learning about customer goals and their behavior using data, conducting interviews and feedback sessions
• Come up with elegant solutions to design challenges that satisfy business requirements and technical constraints
• Test and validate design solutions
• Present research insights and design solutions to stakeholders, team members, and customers
• Cooperate with Product managers, Developers, QA testers, and other team members to come up with high-quality implementation or the solution 
• Work with and improve a Design system

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of UX processes and principles and the latest UI industry standards
• Experience working with Design systems and Figma 
• Experience working with developers is a plus
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Good presentation skills
• Curiosity and passion, ready to take on new challenges
• Appreciation of the importance of receiving and providing feedback 
• Fluency in the English language
