.NET Developers (Medior or Senior)
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Developing C# .NET solutions for the organization
- Maintenance, debugging, and problem-solving of existing software products
- Identifying, reporting and resolving technical risks and issues related to .NET projects
- Unit testing/integration testing of developed features
- Read/write technical documentation that shares knowledge effectively
- Setting up a new infrastructure environment for client solutions
- Maintenance and updates to the existing infrastructure environment
- Knowledge of MS SQL, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, JSON, Linq2DB, Fluent Migrator
- Microservices in .NET Core and Web APIs
- RabbitMQ
- Entity Framework
- Design Patterns
- Containers and orchestration basics (Docker, Docker Compose, K8S)
- Exposure to any of the popular testing tools is preferable

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of solid web development experience
- IT diploma or related degree is a plus
- Working with Git
- OOP
- Good English knowledge
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing software and solutions as per specifications or requirements provided
- Analyzing the requirements provided and discussing them
- Working collaboratively with other developers in the IFS team
- Working collaboratively with the client’s team
- Deliver according to the Definition of Done requirement
- Collaborating with other developers, testers, and business analysts as required, including pair programming
- Participate in the Daily Standup meetings
- Participate in Sprint Planning Development Cycles every 2 weeks
- Participate in, and present demos where required
- Participate in sessions with QA and business analysts to meet the delivery deadlines
- Reporting on project statuses
- Applying best practices and standard operating procedures
- Creating innovative solutions to meet the company’s technical needs
- Identify and assess new technologies before implementation
- Ability to write clean, easy-to-understand code
- Ability to work independently if needed and complete projects with minimal supervision
