This job is all about your future customers and their platform solutions. “Platform Solutions”, for us this means content management, customer portals, commerce or marketing automation solutions based on different platforms such as Adobe, SAP or Sitecore. As a consultant, you will work with customers on an equal footing, building the bridge between standard software functions and individual customer requirements. Job Description

• With your expertise you run marketing and advertising campaigns along the whole customer journey
• You orchestrate relevant touch points and deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. You manage the content on landing pages and websites and support in relaunch projects
• In our marketing services projects you consult our clients about efficient ways to work with marketing and advertising tools
• You master marketing and advertising tools, especially the Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud and others

Qualifications

• Completed university studies (Bachelor or Master) in business informatics, business administration, marketing management or similar qualification is a plus
• Good technical understanding, especially of web technologies
• 1-2 years of professional experience in data and technology-based marketing
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore CMS, Adobe Experience Cloud or content management systems is an advantage
• Flexibility, reliability, enthusiasm, resilience and hands-on mentality
• Team spirit and high willingness to learn something new again and again
• Very good knowledge of English, German skills can be a plus
