We are looking for a ninja Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to:

  1. Support Marketing and Sales initiatives on operational level with high-detail orientation
  2. Execute, maintain and continuously improve our B2B lead generation funnels targeting Fortune 500 pharma and medtech companies
  3. Be responsible for and continually update Marketing and Sales blueprints and processes, making sure that there are mechanisms in place to ensure they are being followed
  4. Master Marketing and Sales tools and analytics, enabling data-driven decision making.

  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to enhance, optimize and improve the lead generation process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads/prospects to the sales team, and ensure correct database segmentation and cleanliness
  • Execute and leverage Linkedin Automation software, CRM and Email automation services to continuously improve marketing campaigns through gathering valuable insights and provide ongoing metrics in support of campaign and outreach effectiveness;
  • Assist with and provide insights into Marketing & Sales Dashboard, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and other Marketing & Sales automation tools and softwares
  • Ensure Sales team alignment to sales processes and blueprints, continuously maintain and update blueprints established for smooth operations of Marketing and Sales teams
  • Continually analyze performance of our marketing and sales funnel, suggesting improvements and performing AB test
  • Handle requests for special reports, data and sales tracking information


  • 1-3 years of Marketing/Sales experience (internship experience will be considered)
  • English language fluency
  • Experience with Web-based Marketing & Sales automation tools
  • Experience using  Google Documents (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • Experience with Marketing and Sales analytics and KPIs
  • Data-driven with highly analytical approach
  • Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Exceptional social intelligence, and teamwork
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Learning mindset, always ready to challenge the status quo, build new habits and improve
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Bonus points:
    • Productivity hacking oriented (automation enthusiast)
    • Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills, know when to act quickly
