Lead Front End Developer

Rubicon Solutions DOO is a growing IT company that has been in business since March 2020. We are expanding our business on the world market by developing our own software product. Therefore, we are looking for a Lead Front End Developer who is ready to carry a promising start-up project. If you are passionate about your work, proactive, happy to tackle challenges and work with young people – we are looking for you.

Responsibilities:

• Working according to an established UI/UX design.
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems. 
• Testing, debugging code, and troubleshooting software issues.
• Giving critical thinking based on your experience.
• Writing clean and maintainable code.
• Supporting junior team members in their quest to learn how to develop quality software.
• Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications.
• Collaborate with other developers, engineers, a designer, and project manager to design, build, and improve a software system.

Requirements:

• Outstanding work ethic and meticulous work approach.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of the software development process is a plus.
• At least 2 years of professional working experience as a Frontend Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid ReactJS with Redux know-how.
• Working experience in React Native is a plus.
• Working with Git.
• You are familiar with a variety of web browsers and their compatibility issues.
• Confident and pleasant personality with positive and can-do character.
• Communication, teamwork, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A decent and respectful person who strives to learn and grow is a must.
