- Provide internal IT support including simple to complex tasks
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Work with Microsoft technology (MS Servers, MS Cloud, 365…)

- Customer service orientation
- Basic understanding of network – DHCP, switching, routing, vlan, vpn…

- Bonus: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Sharepoint or other Microsoft products
