WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
- Creating and implementing Employer Branding strategy
- Running Training and Development programs
- Running Performance management process
- Taking part in internal documentation creation (Systematization, etc.)
- Team health monitoring and ad-hock actions when needed
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years of working experience in a similar position
- Passionate about searching for and engaging with Talent
- Has an eye for detail and quality – always mindful of ensuring an excellent
candidate and stakeholder experience
- Able to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, adaptable and flexible in
approach with dealing with stakeholders
- Previous experience of using an application tracking system (ATS) and external
sourcing tools will be considered as an advantage
- Great communication skills, assertiveness, sense of humor, adaptability
- Great organizational skills
