Description

  • Develop software product with millions of users – an indispensable part of life of the Swiss inhabitants
  • Work with our .NET backend and our React frontend
  • Define, build, test and deploy new features and maintain our existing application
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Ensure that design meets business requirements, and a high user experience is achieved
  • Assure quality through peer reviews / pull requests
  • Provide support for designated production systems
  • Collaborate closely with other developers, the Product Owner and UX/UI Experts adhering to the Scrum principles
  • Take an active role in scrum events and the shaping of the team‘s way of working

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in web applications development using .NET framework and C#
  • Strong knowledge in the following web technologies: ASP.NET (with focus on ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API), JavaScript (Client, Server, Node, jQuery, ReactJS), HTML5, CSS3, HTTP protocol, Data format (JSON, XML…), Ajax, Security
  • Strong knowledge and experience in design/concepts
  • Previous experience with MS SQL/NHibernate is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or experience in SOA/Micro-services will be considered as an asset
  • Experience with Elasticsearch will be a plus
  • Experience with MS Azure will be considered as an asset
  • Experience with version control with GitHub, and with Kibana & Datadog for monitoring
  • Analytical and ‘joined-up’ thinking
  • Ability to find simple solutions to complex issues
  • Proactive mindset
  • University degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent professional experience
  • Good communication skills and fluent English
