Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with the Sales Team. Together with the Marketing team, you will plan, set up, monitor and analyze multiple continuous campaigns using modern marketing tools. You will also have the freedom to choose the tools to utilize based on your experience and what you consider appropriate according to the campaign types and marketing goals. Together with the rest of the team, you will promote Jatheon products as one of the best data archiving tools on the market for the Education, Government and Financial industries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Email Marketing: Create, implement, track, and analyze email campaigns using Hubspot and Lemlist to drive lead gen goals
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, website statistics, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on the weekly, quarterly and yearly levels
• Website Management and Optimization: Collaborate with the team to create landing pages, manage and optimize the Jatheon website and enhance user experience, post blogs on WordPress
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Regularly manage and optimize website for search engines, including technical SEO and collaboration with the website developer, in order to improve organic traffic
• CRM management: Use Hubspot to manage customer interactions, sales, and marketing campaigns
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market, pricing, and competitor research on a regular basis
• Marketing Collateral Creation: Co-create and manage marketing collateral with the internal content team
• Growth Strategy Development: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and evaluate emerging technologies
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user behavior and customer journeys to propose creative ways for us to engage with our users online, using data-driven insights
• Social Media Management: Build, and maintain our social media presence

Here’s what you need to join the fun:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing
• Fluent in English; exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Extensive CRM experience (Hubspot is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of website SEO and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Familiar with Google Tag Manager
• Proficient in market and competitor research and the ability to create comprehensive reports
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and HTML (CSS knowledge is a plus)
• Self-motivation, drive, and a sense of ownership for the position
• Ability to understand challenges, resolve problems promptly, be result-oriented and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Desire to learn new things and experiment with tools and technologies
• B2B or SAAS experience is a plus
• LinkedIn knowledge is a plus
