We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’ll process and analyze data so we can make our business activities more informed-driven and effective.

Responsibilities

Work with product and marketing teams on reliable business analytics solutions.
Strategize measurement plans and take care of their operationalization to match business needs.
Design data architecture in Google Cloud Platform, check data pipelines’ health and centralize 3rd party data sources.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (centralized in GCP’s BigQuery).
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders (Tableau).

Requirements

5+ years of experience in the field of Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud database management systems.
Strong proficiency in Tableau (visuals should comply with core rules of statistics).
Experience in forecast measurement needs and tracking systems management (Google Tag Manager).
Experience in issuing technical specifications to development teams.
Knowledge of basic statistical models (linear regression, logistic regression, ANOVA, MANOVA, ANCOVA, factor analysis, structural equation, hierarchical models).
Deep understanding of business intelligence in the context of the SaaS model and marketing and product needs.
Ability to work in the CET timezone (9:00-17:00 UTC+1)
Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)

Nice-to-haves

Experience in statistical programming (R, Python).
Data Science experience (complex data modeling experience).
Web or product analytics experience.
Online methodology-prone mindset (questioning and taking care of data quality and representativeness before applying the model).
