Job Overview

The position will focus on the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of website content and digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager. You will be part of a cross-functional team working collaboratively alongside fellow authors, content strategists, developers, testing, accessibility, digital marketing managers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for adding and QA reviewing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata, etc.) to compose web pages based on design and page layout guidelines and stakeholder input
• Contribute to a cross-functional technology team working alongside multiple business teams to meet the goals of the company
• Maintain content consistency across multiple pages
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines, compliance and legal requirements
• Provide feedback/log issues related to user experience, copy, and design discrepancies
• Collaborate on an Agile team and guide team/client on authoring best practices
• Collaborate with content strategists and a development team to identify and develop new components or functionality

Qualifications:

• Experience authoring websites and pages using AEM or another CMS
• Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
• Familiarity with best practices for user experience and design
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Eye for detail, consistency, and quality
• Experience working with deadlines and changing priorities, ideally in Agile development processes
• Ability to work autonomously, with limited direction
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, responsive and dedicated to driving success
• Knowledge of current technologies and application software development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Must be flexible to new situations and challenges
