What are the rental terms and conditions?

We offer one-year contracts with the possibility of early termination with one month's notice. All your employees receive access tokens for 24/7 workspace access.

What's included in the office rental?

Each office comes with 24/7 access, fast internet (500/50 mbps), access to meeting rooms, shared kitchen facilities, and daily support from our team. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you offer furniture for offices?

Yes we do, you can lease an office without furniture or have it furnished by our team.

Where exactly are you located?

We're located at Miroslava Antića 2, in the historic building of the former Vojvodina Bank, just 5 minutes walk from the cathedral in the very center of Novi Sad.

What sizes of offices do you have available?

We currently have 6 offices available, ranging from 4-person offices (17-18m²) to larger 12-person offices (57m²).

When are the offices available?

All currently available offices will be ready for occupancy from April 1st, 2025. Contact us to schedule a viewing and secure your preferred office.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

All listed prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the monthly rental price according to current Serbian tax regulations. Note that VAT is not added if the payee is foreign.
